About me - Dominique Nolet
After gaining several years of experience in the HR departments in various organizations, I started working as an interim HR Professional on January 1, 2025. My mission? To provide practical HR solutions that create calmness, overview and growth. Some examples are: picking up the entire personnel administration, giving HR advice, coming up with/executing process optimizations and picking up recruitment activities.
I live in Lopik and I am available in the regions Utrecht, Rotterdam, The Hague and Amsterdam. But of course everything is open for discussion.

Erwin (HR Manager SoLow)
Dominique filled in as an all-round colleague in the HR administration department for two months. During this time, she took over the full scope of the role. This went extremely well, and it's clear she already has a solid foundation of experience, which makes it easy for her to navigate different systems and workflows. Masters in HR - HR professional
During my time at Masters in HR, I have been seconded to various clients. These clients varied from a law firm to the Zeeman head office. In this role, I provided temporary support for personnel and payroll administration, various automation projects and I acted as sparring partner for the HR advisors.

Zeeuw & Zeeuw - HR adviseur
In the role of HR advisor, I advised the management and the board on topics such as reintegration, absenteeism, dismissal, recruitment & selection, strategic workforce planning, training & development and onboarding. In addition, I managed and controlled the personnel administration in AFAS for approximately 128 employees. Lastly, I participated in various HR projects, including improving the RI&E and optimizing and renewing the recruitment & selection within Zeeuw & Zeeuw.
