
Dynamo Retail Group - HR Advisor (freelance)
March 2025 - June 2025At Dynamo Retail Group, I provide temporary support as an interim HR advisor until a permanent employee is hired.
Dynamo Retail Group operates in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, which means I carry out tasks for all three countries and must take into account the applicable laws and regulations in each country.
The tasks I handle include fleet management, managing the entire personnel administration, onboarding and offboarding of colleagues, some recruitment and selection, and part of the payroll administration.
In addition to the above tasks, I'm also writing out the HR processes for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, and I handle ad hoc tasks such as drafting various letters, conducting intake interviews with applicants, and serving as a point of contact for colleagues.

SoLow - HR medewerker (freelance)
January 2025 - March 2025At SoLow, I provided temporary support as an interim HR officer until a permanent colleague was hired.
During these two months, I served as the point of contact for employees and handled daily operational tasks such as managing onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, as well as drafting warning letters and other documentation. I also processed salary changes and wage garnishments in AFAS and reviewed payslips for payroll processing.
Additionally, I worked on smaller projects such as updating employee records related to pensions and insurance, submitting the annual UBD declaration, and creating job descriptions.

Masters in HR - HR professional
During my time at Masters in HR, I have been seconded to various clients. These clients varied from a law firm to the Zeeman head office. In this role, I provided temporary support for personnel and payroll administration, various automation projects and I acted as sparring partner for the HR advisors.

Zeeuw & Zeeuw - HR advisor
In the role of HR advisor, I advised the management and the board on topics such as reintegration, absenteeism, dismissal, recruitment & selection, strategic workforce planning, training & development and onboarding.
In addition, I managed and controlled the personnel administration in AFAS for approximately 128 employees. Lastly, I participated in various HR projects, including improving the RI&E and optimizing and renewing the recruitment & selection within Zeeuw & Zeeuw.

FX Agency - HR Manager
As HR Manager at FX Agency, I advised the management on a variety of HR topics such as onboarding, absenteeism, recruitment & selection and rewards and development. In addition, I was involved in the harmonization of terms and conditions of employment in the context of a merge. Herbey I analyzed and compared the prime and fringe benefits, insurance, pensions and HR systems to arrive at the best solution.
I was also responsible for the personnel and salary administration of 38 employees and ensured a correct processing and monitoring. Finally, I wrote and managed vacancy texts and acted as the first point of contact for applicants, ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment process.

Innovam - junior HR advisor
As junior HR advisor, I was responsible for a team within Innovam where I advised on training & development, reintegration, recruitment & selection and terms of employment. In addition, I managed the personnel and salary administration for approximately 200 employees in AFAS and ensured a correct and complete processing. Finally, I was the point of contact for employees regarding questions on employment conditions such as the choice budget, leave, absenteeism and salaries.

iSense ICT Professionals - HR employee
As an HR employee, I was responsible for the personnel and salary administration of both internal employees and external professionals. In addition, I managed the inflow, flow-trough and outflow of these employees. I also performed work for ISO 9001:2015 certification, including conducting internal audits. Finally, I managed absenteeism reports and provided reintegration support for internal employees and external professionals.
